Acceptance of terms
In shortUsing Steed means you agree to these terms.
By creating an account or using Steed (operated by Cavin Capital Group, LLC), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Use of the service
In shortUse it for lawful things. Don't break in, don't resell it, don't abuse it with scripts.
You agree to use Steed only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use Steed to create or distribute illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse-engineer or resell the Steed platform
- Use automated scripts to abuse the service

Your content
In shortWhat you make with Steed is yours. We only get the permission we need to host and show it for you.
You retain ownership of all content you create using Steed. By using the service, you grant Cavin Capital Group, LLC a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your websites, marketing assets, or other output.

Billing
In shortA monthly plan keeps your site live. New work is charged per feature, only after you've seen it and approved it. Cancel any time.
Steed bills in two ways. A monthly subscription keeps your published site live. New work you ask for is charged per delivered feature, and you are charged for a feature only after it has been built, shown to you, and approved by you — if you decline it, it is not published and you are not charged for it. If we charge you for work we then fail to deliver, that charge is reversed. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual property
In shortSteed itself — the platform, its code and brand — stays ours.
The Steed platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Cavin Capital Group, LLC. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you.

Disclaimer of warranties
In shortSteed is provided as-is. We don't promise it never goes down, and AI output is yours to judge before you rely on it.
Steed is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability
In shortWe aren't liable for indirect losses, and our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last three months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cavin Capital Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Steed, including lost profits or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Termination
In shortBreak the terms and we can close the account. Your content is deleted within 30 days after.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your content will be deleted within 30 days.

Changes to terms
In shortIf a material term changes, you get at least 14 days' notice by email.
We may revise these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of Steed after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law
In shortTexas law; disputes go to the courts of Travis County, Texas.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
